When it comes to creating the website, think about how you can offer a unique and user-friendly experience for your audience. Examine what provides value to your customers and how you can use the website to build trust and credibility. Have a unique voice, use enticing visuals, and ensure content is enhanced for search engine optimization (SEO).

As well, clearly describe the products and services you offer on your website. A viewer should understand what you do and how they can get your product/service within 5 seconds of visiting your homepage. 

Really want to convince them that your service will solve their problem? Share testimonials and case studies of your business in action. These speak louder than your copy ever can! And don’t forget – link to all your social media pages for easy access and sharing. 

Stay Active on Social Media

Love it or hate it, there’s no escaping social media in this digital age. We strongly encourage every company we work with to have a clear social media strategy that aligns with their business’s goals. We ensure that these are always measurable and achievable. 

Posting on social media pages needs to be consistent – don’t just post randomly. Create engaging posts that speak to your target market and encourage organic conversations and two-way communication. So, keep in mind how your customers will search for you and the keywords they’ll potentially use. You need to optimize all your content and build valuable relationships with other brands in your digital space. 

Don’t forget to optimize your social media pages and stay updated with the latest keyword developments. One way to make sure you’re on the right track is to use a tool like SEMRush. This platform allows you to perform an audit of your website to check that it’s optimized for the best search results.

Make Sure You’re Listed

Our final tactic is to make sure your business’s details are visible and listed in all the right places. This includes the business address, locations, operating hours, contact details, and links to websites across all the relevant platforms like Google and Apple maps. Make sure these are also included on your website and social media pages! It’s essential to have accurate information as search engines use this when ranking websites for “near me” searches.
